Eight phases. One dedicated crew.
Every US Custom pool moves through the same disciplined sequence. It is what keeps the shell true, the plumbing tight and the finish flawless.

2Plumbing
Suction and return lines, skimmers, spa jets and future-proofed runs are set and pressure-tested.
3Rebar
A hand-tied steel cage gives the shell its structural backbone and ties into every bond beam.
4Gunite
Pneumatically applied concrete forms the monolithic shell, benches, steps and raised walls.
5Tile
Waterline tile, spa faces, step markers and feature walls are set by hand and grouted.
6Concrete
Decking, coping and hardscape are formed and poured — broom, stamped or custom finish.
7Equipment Set
Pentair pumps, filters, heaters and automation are plumbed, wired and commissioned.
8Plaster
The interior finish is troweled on and the pool is filled — your first swim is days away.
